I'm the HUMAN on the other end of the email. An indie author myself, I know the business you're running from the inside: the publishing platforms, the files that need submitting, the changing guidelines, and the hundred small jobs that need handling after the draft is finished.

Since I've spent my working life wrangling code handling the technical aspects of publishing came easy. Websites were my daily job for decades and I believe they shouldn't cause any author a headache. Over time I've also translated my webdesign skills into digital and print design work like book covers, wraparounds, 3d renders and marketing materials.

As someone who's been self-publishing both fiction (like my J.C. Harker pen name) and non-fiction (e.g. my educational products at MyDragonLibrary) since the early KDP days, I follow the trends and best practices in the publishing industry.

I'm always looking to update and improve my own workflows and WriterPA is my place to share what I learned with others.
